Tri Counties Bank is focused on protecting your personal account information at all times. As the instances of internet fraud increase, it is no longer sufficient to use a permanent password to access your eCash account. We have implemented an additional security feature which will allow us to better safeguard your privacy and security.
This new security feature will be effective beginning Tuesday, February 17th, 2009, and will require you to change your eCash password every 90 days. New passwords will need to be a minimum of 8 characters long, will require at least one number, and will need to include both uppercase and lowercase letters. Within this combination, there must be at least ONE uppercase letter.
When your 90 period has expired for your password, the next time you attempt to sign in to your eCash account you will be prompted to choose and verify a new password.
We look forward to your continued business, and providing you with the highest level of security for your accounts and transactions. If you have any further questions about this new enhanced security password policy, please contact your Cash Management Representative.
