As part of our 50th Anniversary, Tri Counties Bank is partnering with the Foundation for California Community Colleges (FoundationCCC) to raise funds for the California Community Colleges Student Ambassador Program. This empowering program enables students to become leaders on their campuses, connecting their peers to resources that help them overcome barriers and achieve their educational goals.
A 2023 survey found that two-thirds of California community college students struggle with food or housing insecurity. Nearly half of California community college students are unsure of where their next meal will come from, and roughly one in four face homelessness. However, when these basic needs are adequately addressed, students can unlock their full potential to excel on their academic journeys.
