How many years have you worked at Tri Counties Bank, and what was your first position?
I have been working at Tri Counties Bank for 14 years. I first started at the Paradise branch as a part-time Teller.
Tell us about your current role.
My current role is Senior Business Applications Analyst in the ITAS department. I work as the Signature Deposit Analyst supporting the core banking system. Some of my responsibilities include testing of release upgrades and enhancements, working with Project Management on bank projects, data mapping for acquisitions, and supporting business units with questions or research.
What is the most unusual aspect of working for Tri Counties Bank?
I enjoy the opportunity to work with various departments and team members throughout the bank.
What advice about career growth would you give a fellow employee?
My advice is to work hard, ask questions, and learn from those around you.
