Tri Counties Bank’s active Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program extends our long history of investing in the financial success and well-being of our communities. As California's Local Bank, we prioritize serving clients with local bankers and local decision-making, backed by corporate philanthropy, community engagement, employee volunteerism and investments.
Tri Counties Bank supports organizations that strengthen our communities. Through our CRA Grants program, we invest in nonprofit groups, schools and tribal entities that help those in need in the following areas:
- Affordable Housing
- Rental or homebuying assistance to low or moderate-income households
- Community Services
- Services such as food, shelter, education, or healthcare targeted to low or moderate-income individuals and families
- Economic Development
- Technical assistance and funding for small businesses and farms
- Workforce training and job placement
- Community Revitalization and Stabilization
- Disaster recovery
- Activities that promote revitalization of low or moderate-income areas
The grant range is typically $1,000 - $10,000 and applications can take up to 12 weeks to approve. We will do our best to respond within the 12-week time period. If you have not received a response from us, the application is still under review.

- Attach the W-9 and IRS 501c3 letter for your organization.
