Legal entity documentation can include any of the following:
Sole Prop: Filed fictitious business name statement
General or Limited Partnership: Partnership Agreement
Trust: Trust Certification or Trust excerpts
Non-Profit: copy of IRS 501(c)3 Certification
Corporations(C,S): Articles of Incorporation with Bylaws
LLC: Articles of Organization and Operating Agreement
LLP: Partnership Agreement and Certificate of Registration
Most recent year Business Federal Tax Return, including all schedules
Current Business Financial Statements, dated within 90 days of application date
Most recent year Personal Federal Tax Return, including all schedules, for each Business Owner
Lines of credit and loans over $100,000 require additional documentation.
